"Purchased a fridge freezer from Cotswold Appliances for my mother, who also needed the old fridge freezer removed. I explained that it would take a while for her to get to the door, so give her a bit of time. Both the delivery guys were fantastic with my mother, connecting the appliance up as well as removing the old unit. The office was also extremely helpful when purchasing and phoned an hour before the delivery to get my mum ready. 5-star outfit who would be my first choice for any further purchases."

"The engineer was very good and he identified the fault pretty much straightaway and got it sorted in less than an hour. I did have to ring a few times before getting through to someone. Not an issue as they are very professional and apologetic about it, which I totally understand, given that 1. I rang during lunch time, and 2. I was impatient! Overall very happy with the service - they have saved us about £700!"
